  I had Brent in particular. Amazing customer service and care. I'm a new buyer and he was so helpful and so patient. I had good questions but I had questions (with hindsight) I could have looked up myself, but he so patient with me. He answered my questions promptly, effectively and with sincere care. He was with us every step of the way. He explained everything as simply or in detailed, however we needed it. I'm not sure if it's just him or the company but I feel like he/ they went above and beyond.
