Dennis Legg1I've been banking at this branch for 16 years. I told myself I needed to switch banks, but maybe today was the last straw. I only need maybe 2 or 3 specialized things from my bank every year where a visit is required. Today I went in to get a cashiers' check and they said there was no manager there to approve the check that I would have to go to another branch. Manager is on vacation... The mother-ship Suntrust should enable a branch to do basic transactions without a manager there... :-(

Polina Veatch1SunTrust is about to lose me as a customer. You would expect that such a big bank would do their job diligently, but apparently no. I called the main customer service line of SunTrust to ask about exchanging foreign currency and they told me that it's free of charge to exchange foreign currency that is above $200. So I called this branch near me and the lady wasn't only rude, but also didn't care that her coworker from customer service had told me about exchanging foreign currency feeless. You work for the same company, please present your customers with non contradicting information, and also don't be rude to your customers!

Nikki Renee5Lisa was great! I was told I could no longer bank at Suntrust due to some excessive over drafting a few years back. It was such a headache as I had to get a few cashiers checks and they cost $15 a piece for non members. I received an email a few hours later from Lisa who viewed my account, took it upon herself to go above and beyond to see if I could open a new account from one of her colleagues and she advised me to come back into the branch and open an account. That’s great customer service! She didn’t have to do that at all. Highly appreciated coming from someone who works in the corporate world as well and knows what great customer service entails. Thank you for being so great Lisa!

Libby Welborn5I want to take a second to say a huge “thank you” to Greg at this location. I was in a very stressful situation yesterday—I had to wire funds for a new home, but only had a small window of time I was able to do it in. I pulled up to this location only to find the front doors locked (due to COVID). Luckily Greg saw me and came out to see what I needed. He could have easily turned me away, since I didn’t have an appointment, but instead figured out a way to help me. He instructed me to go to the drive-thru, where we were able to pass the necessary forms back and forth to each other to take of the wiring. Thank you SO much, Greg, for the awesome customer service!

Keith Fosmire (Exzact Window Tinting LLC)1By far the worst Suntrust ever went to in my life. The guy who work in his little Office that is doing absolutely nothing decides to watch the lady behind the counter that’s slower than dog $h@T. This place needs completely new management. Not the employees fault... just management

Dee Moore1I’m taking a moment before I leave the parking lot to write this review so my recollection is clear. First off I’m tired of Suntrust and all the Excessive Fees. I’m -$200 in the negative for overdraft fees when they are not supposed to process anything that won’t clear. Nonetheless I called Suntrust Customer Service this morning and they put a temporary hold on my card per my request. I then go to the bank to cash a Suntrust payroll check and the (I’m assuming supervisor) told me that she couldn’t cash it because I owed Suntrust. Are you kidding me? I was born at night but not last night! Banks stop telling people those lies! I don’t care if I’m $2000 in the negative, you are obligated to cash that check! You get my payroll deposit every two weeks and you can’t front me $200 of your own fees? Meanwhile this chick is over here cashing people’s check with no ID! Yes I saw the entire transaction! And normally I would let petty situations like this go. But since you decided to tell the young teller “CYA” before I could leave the counter then Lisa Thomas, with the bad attitude, this one is for you!!!

Brandon Kuni1Do not bank here. I've had many problems with Suntrust, at this specific location and others. I was completely misled and provided a sales pitch from their rep to open a certain type of account. Now they are holding me hostage with my money and will not provide me a statement (via online or hard copy). How crazy is it to not be able to get a statement of your account?

Maryam Gabriel1The teller had me wait while she finished her conversation with the other tellers about an award show that Eason the previous night. Unprofessional, but that was not the big issue. The specialist did not process my deposits correctly and had my money sent somewhere else. Headache of a simple deposit

Hilary Smith4There's a long wait time to speak with a banker. Have visited this location multiple times not during the lunch rush and have still had to wait 20+ min to speak with a banker. They were able assist me with the questions I had upon visiting... they just weren't quick trips.
