  As a real estate professional, I've seen good lenders (and some NOT so good). I have to say, Vinh is honestly the best lender I've ever worked with! When I refer a client to Vinh, I know that they will be well taken care of and he will provide all the information and guidance they need. I also appreciate the Vinh keeps me informed and helps keep me on track so we make deadlines and close on time. During a recent sale, my clients received loan approval two weeks ahead of schedule and the other agent said, "Of course they got approved very quickly - they have have a Superman Lender!"

  We can’t recommend Vinh enough. This was our first refinance, and Vinh took the time to understand our situation and objectives so he could offer the most informed and helpful advice from the start even though our refinance came at one of the busiest times. Throughout the process he was incredibly patient in answering any and all questions we had, no matter how seemingly silly they were. And in areas that could have been confusing, he clearly articulated not just what things were but also the rationale behind why they were that way. He won our trust, and in a sometimes confusing mortgage process, I can’t stress enough how valuable that is.

  Vinh was very helpful throughout the process of obtaining a mortgage for a new home. As a first time home-buyer, I was happy to learn that he far exceeded my high expectations by listening carefully to understand my wishes and expectations, offering suggestions regarding strategy for pre-approval and making an offer, and answering any and all questions regardless of whether it was his responsibility or not. The only negative thing about working with Vinh is that it has to end once the home is purchased! (Even afterward, he answers the phone though.) You will not find anyone better than Vinh to help you with your mortgage.
