  Working with Vinesa was a overall great experience. She was very responsive and was able to provide lots of great resources and insight throughout the duration of the home buying process. The platform for application submissions and status progress reports is very user friendly. Vinesa is very honest and will always go over and beyond ethically to get you closed! She has a great team too!

Not only did they provide the documentation to submit with our offer but their follow-up with the seller to ensure a seamless close definitely sealed the deal.   First time home buyers. Vinesa was very attentive and available anytime you had a question or concern. She helped us from step 1 to step 100 with a helping hand. However, I wish they gave my wife and I a future plan and what is coming down the pipeline exactly. We had to sign documents that day without notice. Felt very stressful when all we needed was a heads up. Also the web site and app were not helpful on telling us what documents we needed to sign. Multiple copies of the same document and documents would appear and disappear on us frequently.
