Absolutely false from the beginning. I was lied to about obtaining my card, when I opened the account. My information was listed as the bank address, by the people who set up my account. The address was not corrected. I couldn't use the card and it took multiple visits and calls, before they found the address error, listing their branch, not my home zip code. When I attempted to cash a check- they offered me 10% of the amount. I was expected to deposit the check & wait until next week to access the money. I do not recommend midfirst bank: at all. PLS offers vastly superior service and options. Midfirst bank offers stress and poor service, with limited access to your funds. Don't Trust MidFirst Bank.

I work for a law firm and we have to set up Minor's Conservatorship accounts. I would NEVER use this bank again. I am trying to close out an account as the Minor turned 18; they don't return phone calls, I've been calling for 2 days. The Courts set deadlines to get funds released and file the appropriate paper work. A few weeks ago when I was calling the branch manager, after 3 days of calls, she finally answered and said, "I'm busy and can't talk now and said she'd call back; didn't happen! I ended up calling and speaking with the Asst. Manager who appeared to be helpful. Now, I am getting the run around yet again. The main number to their branch has a message that says, "your call has been forwarded and the person assigned to this number does not subscribe to this system" and you get disconnected. I finally just reached a "banker" who said the Asst. Mgr. is on the phone and would call me back. He didn't know about the message people are getting and yes, they are very busy and shorthanded, yadda yadda yadda. This is not an acceptable excuse. I know my clients would not be happy if this is the service they got from our office. I will not be using this bank again.

Great place they just need to bring the coin machine back and figure out a new parking system. Bank parking don’t exist here for customers so good luck.
