  Can't thank Villanueva Construction enough for making my dream a reality. When I started the search for my new home I was very discouraged because all the other construction companies would turn me away and basically laugh at my budget. NOT with Villanueva Construction. I was able to get a NEW CONSTRUCTION / ENERGY EFFICIENT home in NORTH MCALLEN in the $140s. They were very attentive and guided us through the whole construction process.

  First impressions have meaning. Had an appointment. 15 minutes before the appointment the representative canceled. I was already on site didn't even have the common courtesy to send a replacement for himself.

  I have had some foundation crack issues but the builder has come repaired it. They have gone above and beyond their accountability and fixed all issues without any hesitation. I continue to be impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this builder for your construction needs as he has a good combination of honesty, quality and great value.

  Wanted to speak with someone about a home purchase and called; was greeted with just a hello thinking I dialed the wrong number. A Rey answers the phone and sounded as if I was bothering him. Bottom line is that he didn't sound very enthusiastic or motivated to speak with me or make any sort of effort to get my name and number to refer me to someone who wouldn't mind helping me purchase a first time home. Thanks Rey sorry to bother you!

  If I could put a no star it will better. Horrible customer service, read everything on the contract, pay attention to details cause if you don’t you will not have a good transition. Unorganized and their workers don’t know how to do their job.

  I moved in with my fiancee and find out the home she just built 3yrs ago and is already paid for were already having trouble with plumbing and electrical.....cabinets arent made of solid facing its just taped plywood and drawer guides are old school i tought they were better than that also a/c problems using better quality she paid extra to get better stuff and ended up the same so now our house is up for sale very diasappointed.....
