  No better place than here to get your car. Parents were hesitant to buy coming from out of state and newly retired, their first big purchase ever. John "Beatles Tie" DeLoach did an exceptional job at delivering the sales information without ever feeling like we were pressured or rushed. We will definitely see John again for any of our future purchases!

  SERVICE Review - Not Sales - Debbie was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast from the time the doors opened - til I left. Answered my questions and it was like turning my pet in at the Vet, I felt comfortable. Debbie also has a sense of humor, which is a great attribute anytime but most especially 7 AM. I checked my tire pressure and marked each tire - prior to visiting and after - as they rotated the tires and I wanted to see if they checked each one for air and actually rotated. Yep, they done good! I'll be referring Debbie as Service Queen to anyone who asks.

She was attentive the my needs and was quick and wise enough to offer the most appropriate level of confidence that not only my vehicle, but I as well, would be taken care of.   After my experience years ago with Sun Toyota, I definitely had a bad taste in my mouth when it came to car buying and maintenance. I'm happy to say that Village Toyota has completely gotten rid of that. The sales team made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Keith Harris put his time and effort into making sure my requirements for a new car were met and I was fully satisfied. I never once got the feeling that I was a waste of time or a hassle. I could not have gotten a better salesman. Devoe Fairchild, the Director of Accessories, made getting my windows tinted on my new car incredibly easy and pleasant. And as always, the maintenance team and service manager team made my visit to Village Toyota welcoming and comfortable, by keeping me up to speed with timing and activities, without pushing me for sales and excess services. I've never been to a more pleasant car dealership and maintenance facility and I cannot express my gratitude for that enough.

  Village Toyota I have always given me the best service of all the other dealerships I’ve dealt with. There waiting room is also the most comfortable. My service advisor Dave Becwar always remembers me I and recommends whatever service my vehicle really needs and never tries to upsell me on junk treatments. My experience there has always been very positive.

  Extremely disappointed at the last service on my wife’s car. First item is they try and sell unneeded services which their two favorites are AC refresh and cabin air filter. Had I not recently changed the cabin filter I might have fallen for it. Second is the AC refresh is another money making scheme of an unnecessary service considering they did this not long ago in another state! I did have them clean the battery terminals, however, cleaning the terminals does not mean to leave corrosion on the top of the battery which I cleaned up today. You would think they can afford paper towels considering they charge 10% for “misc supplies”! What really pisses me off is they charged twice for cleaning and adjusting the rear drum brakes! Yes, charged twice! Either this is an accident or a deliberate extra charge to make money from unsuspecting customers. Hmmm, have to wonder! I think I have the answer as to why they seem to change service advisors faster than we change the oil. Bottom line is DO NOT GO HERE!

  My experience with everything at Village Toyota has always been wonderful. We have been customers for a lot of years. But I have to say that the service we get from Tiffany Buehrig , our service representative, goes above and beyond! She takes great care to ensure that everything that we need to have done on our 2014 Avalon Hybrid is absolutely perfect. She takes charge personally to ensure that not only are all the issues we had with our car are resolved but she also makes sure that we, as Toyota customers/drivers are happy. Thanks Tiffany for your attention to detail!

  Bought a white Scion tC from them. Fast process and they located the car for me from another dealership. My only problem is they told me I would get a 0.0% finance rate on the car but meanwhile when I went to finalize the deal they said "your finance rate is 2.9%" they gave me an excuse that they got confused meanwhile it was labeled 0.0% for the advertisement. I found this to be a very deceitful practice. Why did I purchase the car still? Well it was there on the lot and no one else in Florida had the blizzard pearl color... so I had to swallow my pride and that that mysterious 2.9% finance rate. They also charge you 699.99 dealer fee which I find expensive. I got quoted 299.99 from an Orlando dealership, but they didn't get back to me on locating the blizzard pearl version. Definitely pay attention to the fees because they add up very fast. 1 star minus for the lie on the APR and another 1 star minus for the high fees. Overall the dealership is nice and they are generally fast for transactions. I would recommend shopping around though if other dealerships have the car you want and see if the quote you lower.
