  Very poor experience. We rented a condo for a week through Plantation. The person I spoke to about renting the place said their was a $300 deposit (which I thought was really high for a studio style condo with no special amenities) but that we would get it back minus the cleaning fee which would be about $75. About 3 weeks after we checked out, we finally got the deposit back, via mailed check, and the cleaning fee was $150! We only stayed 5 nights, left the place clean, and nothing was damaged or broken. When I spoke to the same representative, she said that $150 is what the cleaning company charged, and there was nothing she could/would do about it other than send me the cleaning bill. Beware!

  I found a place to throw my husband’s 50th bday! I have to say Lindsey was very professional and very quick on responding! She was helpful with explaining the accommodations! I would totally recommend going through Lindsey she was knowledgeable and kind.

  Though I was only asking general questions, Lauren was amenable and helpful, welcomed us, spent the time we needed, and provided good solid information about the area and current realty trends. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods she serves was most helpful.

  We rented a home through This company and the house was not clean when we moved in, we also took pictures to show this. When we moved out they acted like those things were not dirty or ruined before hand. Complete rip off and made sure the money owed was exactly what we should have gotten back. I would never recommend them to anyone!

  Plantation Realty does not rent properties but you were likely referring to Plantation Rentals. Plantation Rentals has well documented photos of before and after you moved out. We would be happy to compare photos so that you can see the condition the property prior to you moving in.

  Plantation Realty is the best! We travel frequently and when we are in the Crystal River area, this is our go to office!! The customer service is amazing! I had the opportunity to meet quite a few of the ladies in the office and they were all so friendly!! Also, our house was very nice and well priced! Thank you, Plantation, for making our long stay in Florida easier!!

  My wife and I purchased a home in Lecanto, Fl in January, using Chuck Bassett from Plantation Realty as our buyer's agent. We want everyone to know that working with Chuck was a delight. He was professional but friendly, honest and very helpful. Ours was not the easiest of transactions. There were many things that needed to be taken care of by the owner in order to be able to move in, Chuck kept on top of everything and kept us informed while we were still in Washington state. We were given assistance in finding financing, title company and insurance. We would not hesitate to recommend Chuck Bassett and Plantation Realty to anyone, especially if you are moving in from outside of the state.

  Lisa has no follow through. Just empty promises from her. Take your business else where if you want to actually be able to communicate with your Realtor. Guess she is just so busy she didn't need my business. She answered the phone with a mouth full of food. Terrible first impression. Then she never followed through with anything she said she would. Extremely unprofessional.

  Plantation Rentals is excellent! They have been so helpful managing a property for my dad & anytime we need something fixed they immediately do whatever they can to jump in to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their property managed or to rent a home from.
