  My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Ingrid Sell when purchasing our first home.   Susan has been an amazing help throughout the process. I would not have been able to purchase a home without her. After finding a great house with a great location, I was running into some roadblocks with different banks. Susan was a great advocate and got me approved with a great rate at Village Bank. She was also available throughout the process despite of her busy schedule. She even showed up on my closing day after the purchase went through. I am grateful for her help throughout the process of purchasing a home. I highly recommend Susan. She will fight to get your approved for a great rate like no other.

  We worked with Ingrid Sells at Village Banks this winter on the purchase of our first house. From our first meeting with Ingrid, we were immediately more comfortable with the fairly daunting process of buying our first house.   John was incredibly easy and helpful to work with. I am a first-time home buyer and whenever I had a question or concern, John was quick to respond with all the information I needed. He worked hard to ensure I had the best possible loan at a reasonable interest rate. I feel very fortunate he was recommended to me as I can't imagine a better experience!

  Applied for a mortgage at this bank and was given nothing but the run around. They have wasted over a month of my time. They provided me varying quotes and kept changing the numbers. They refuse to answer my emails or calls now. I feel like they discriminated against me because my loan was not profitable enough for them. They are rude and unprofessional and should of just been honest and upfront with me instead of wasting my time.
