  Super disappointed with this whole situation. Especially in the times of COVID. I wasn’t aware to the 10 days late policy. I thought I had 30 days but even so. Yes I was late but I did catch up to find out that because my voicemail was full and didn’t answer the potential spam calls for this office I was immediately taken to court. I called the office after being served and was like why. I’m caught up. And that’s when the store manager first refused to talk to me and then when she did accused me of avoiding her calls and and not responding to messages they couldn’t have left. When I responded with but I’m caught up her response was I don’t care see you in court. I’m not trying to avoid any payments or them. Just super disappointed right now and especially with a new baby here this is not what I needed going into the holidays.

  Jason Sackett helped me refinance the balance on my loan. I know I was frustrated and pretty depressed about everything - but each time I spoke to Jason, he was friendly, professional and really made an effort to understand. He stayed on top of calling me too - because sometimes I just didn’t want to talk to anyone. I just felt aggravated. This is an awful experience we are all going through. I appreciate Jason’s patience and the help he was able to provide.

  So far so good. My loan for our fence is through them, 6 months still no issues. Will do more business in the future
