      I have been a business customer at Village Bank for over 10 years for two different companies. I love the personal touch and service that I receive here. Sandra, Peggy and Michelle treat me like family and if I ever have a question or problem they respond immediately.       Working with Village Bank has been one of the WORST EXPERIENCES in my life. I was approved for a Mortgage loan then after several months and nearing closing on 11/14/2016 my loan was denied after being approved. After being given two conditions to meet and meeting them I was called to say that the lender now does not want to finance the loan. After moving out my apartment to prepare to move into the new home I am now homeless without a valid reason as to why my loan is now being denied. The loan processor provided incorrect information on multiple occasions. THE WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!

      We have been both business and personal banking customers for many years with this branch. I would say that they have been exceptionally professional yet offer a superb, friendly atmosphere to assist us with any of our banking needs. Its great to work with a local bank and individuals on a first name basis. I certainly don't miss having to use an 800 number to contact my bank.
