      I have worked with Dana and her staff on business and personal taxes for years. They are always willing to help and answer my questions no matter how silly.       DO NOT BE FOOLED by the Google reviews here from a year ago! We were return clients who are absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication we experienced with them this year. We began our 2020 taxes with them in March. We uploaded our documents to their portal on 3/17/21, received a call from their tax preparer Buddy on 3/24/21, answered his questions, and provided the additional requested documents next day. He asked that we email Dana (owner) regarding follow-up. Dana was emailed 4/1/21, 4/8/21 and most recently on 5/26/21…to date she has never responded. This is in addition to several phone calls made to their office that went unreturned. They do not have the decency or professionalism to even reach out and discuss the matter. At NO point was it communicated that our tax preparation would not be completed by the deadline and ZERO effort made to complete that which they seemingly started. We are incredibly frustrated with our decision to work with this company again and will certainly make every effort to avoid this from happening to others. STAY AWAY!!
