  Amazing experience! I was working with another lender in town that wasn't able to get my loan approved. With weeks to go before our condo unit was ready, my wife and I lost hope.   It's a great feeling to have someone who you feel genuinely cares about you and your situation.   If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further, Vicky is the person to call. For a long time, I wanted to purchase a house but I didn’t know If I qualify for a loan. So after doing my research about who to call and calling different loan agents that were not interested to help me once they knew my credit score. I kept searching, then I found Vicky. I called her and met at her office, as a first-time buyer, I was nervous about the process but she explained everything with patience and confidence. After going over my situation, she could formulate a plan to achieve my goal of home ownership. We met a couple more times and took her advice on how to improve my credit score and sure enough I was approved! She walked me through the whole process re-explaining things when she saw the confused look on my face. she is an expert at what she does and she tells it like it is.
