  Austin Lampson and her team are knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. Austin is passionate about her work and helped us understand the refinancing process. In spite of all the COVID adjustments and working from hone, we we’re able to go through the whole process via phone calls and emails and they even arranged for the notary to come to our home. At a time when many people were trying to benefit from low interest rates, we were fortunate to have the guidance of Austin and her team. She took us on as new clients without hesitation and worked to get us a fair rate that significantly lowered our payments. Austin was recommended to us by a friend and I now will be highly recommending her as well.
