  Cynthia was outstanding ! Got a personal loan and she was so efficient and quick . We were getting a new drive way and needed the money quickly . It was resolved in less than 24 hours , approved and money in the checking account , ready to pay the crew working on the drive way ! Thank you Cynthia . Will definitely recommend you to friends and family !

  Hi this review is for the young lady named jasmine.. I brought my grandmother up there because she's been struggling with her online banking and jasmine was so warm and nice to her.. she listened and was so sweet even though my grandmother asked her the same questions multiple times. I did ask for her business card because I plan on in the next two weeks opening my account with you guys based on the service and how she treated my family like it was her own! As a future client I recommend her and Vibe to anyone! Stay awesome because you never know who's watching! 😊

  One of the BEST financial institutions that I have ever dealt with. I'm so pleased with their super fast and super awesome service. I applied for personal loan yesterday and surprisingly it was processed, approved and disbursed today. I'm so glad that I became a member. Not to forget about the Branch Manager Susan Onge who went extra mile to make this entire experience extremely delightful. Thank you for your exceptional and excellent service. I would highly recommend Vibe Credit Union to others.

  Every time I go there I’m impressed by their upbeat and professional customer service. They care about their customers offering some of the best covid protocols to keep the staff and us customers safe. They are always willing to help/answer any questions I have about my account. They even offer gift envelopes. Every time I walk away from this branch I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you so much and just know you always leave me smiling when I walk away.
