  Abigail, Samantha and the team were fantastic to work through from beginning to end. No matter how many questions we had (or my level of anxiety!) they got us to the right answer, made sure everything was running on track, and got us a great mortgage so we could buy our dream house. Abigail took the time to work with us to figure out our best financial situation so that we could compete in the current hot market. I recommend them to everyone!

  Andrew Adams, Brandi Reynolds & Erin Jensen financed the purchase of our beautiful dream house, and we are very thankful to them for all their hard work. They are the BEST people to work with bar-none! They are the kindest and most caring people you will EVER have the pleasure of doing business with. They work quickly and efficiently, and don't waste your time. When I say that they went above and beyond, it is an understatement. My wife, Eileen and I were so touched by how much they cared about our family. We highly recommend that you work with them, because they continually exceeded our expectations. It will be an honor to have them visit (after Eileen finishes decorating,) and stay with us, in this amazing house that they helped us purchase. And no, we did not know them, or have mutual friends prior to the purchase of our home. Eileen says that the angels led us to them. Sounds like a logical conclusion to me!

  I am sooo bad with leaving reviews, but I wanted to MAKE SURE, that I actually left a review. Although I am months late, I didn't forget. I had THE BEST experience with Brent and Ian. From the beginning Brent was soooo responsive and helpful. Even checked in on me and realized I was VERY unhappy with my realtor and help connect me a realtor he had worked with before, Robin, who was AWESOME!!!! If it wasn't for this team of people, we wouldn't have gotten a home. I never felt like I was unimportant or like they were too busy for me. Ian was so great at staying in communication and walking us through the process. I would definitely recommend them 100%!

  If anyone is interested in getting financed into your dream home be ready because it can happen. The impossible is very much possible with the right team on your side. Within 2 1/2 months we not only found an amazing home BUT Brent Martin and Ian Holck, Both worked around the clock even after hours to help make it happen.   Bad Company, will try to take your money. Kid you not, one week prior to my move-in date I was told they made a mistake and the loan fell through on their behalf. Completely cut communication with me, and I was left to pay for what they did.

  We had a great experience working with Brent and Lois at VeteransLoans. The VA Loan process is significantly different than a standard mortgage. It helped to have experts to go to with questions (even dumb ones). They were incredibly responsive, even taking time during their days off to deal with urgent paperwork. They were even great dealing with our...colorful...agent. I don't expect to need their services again for a long time, but when that time comes I will definitely be calling VeteransLoans. I can't recommend them enough.

  Michelle and Erin were amazing and always kept me informed. They are a dedicated team along with the patient home inspector during this tough remodeling process of the home. It was not an easy task dealing with open permits and meeting inspection dates... The Veterans Loans team that i dealt with kept me informed during the whole closing process and even worked on their time off to complete the sale by the scheduled closing dates. Above and beyond, i was lucky to have them on my side.
