  Veterans United Home Loans was a great company to work with when buying our home! The Veterans United team were very friendly and took the time to remember small details about us, like our dogs name. Michael King sent a gift box of toys and treats for our dog, which was an awesome and unexpected surprise. We highly recommend him and this office to assist you with buying your dream home!

  Our experience with Veterans Untied was great! This was our first home purchase, the Veterans United website is so user friendly and made the application process easy. We were a little uneasy going into the process and felt like a lot was going over our heads. Our loan officer Danielle, was absolutely amazing! She was very prompt in answering all of our questions. Danielle cleared everything up, had so much patience with us and made us both feel more confident in our purchase.

  I would highly encourage any VET to take advantage of all the services Veterans United offer. We were offered an opportunity to compare, evaluate, and choose our new homeowners insurance, as well as our auto and cycle insurance, with Veterans United. We switched from our previous carriers to Veterans United because of service and price. Veterans United has offered us a one stop shop and it has proven to be beneficial. Thank you Veterans United.

  Danielle is fabulous!! My husband and I are first time homebuyers that had a TON of questions. Coming from overseas we needed all the help we could get!   Don't waste you time with other lenders! Veterans United will not disappoint. I had done my due diligence and applied with three different mortgage lenders, one being my current lender and Veterans United simple streamline system and ease of application by far exceeded them all.   I have used Veterans United Home Loans three times since 2009. I won't go anywhere else. Very helpfull and Caring group. Danielle Genz has been my Rep all three times so ask for her!

  My wife and I had a great experience going through this company. I'm in the military and have had issues with other lending companies (even ones that say they work great with the military) in the past due to military requirements. This company was not phased by it and handled all of the curve balls excellent.

  Veterans United Home Loans was awesome to work with. Kim and Danielle were quick to get back to me anytime I had a question or concern, regardless of how busy they were. Kim drove to my office in Boise to start the application process and made the entire process clear and easy. Almost all of my documentation was submitted and/or signed via internet/email, which sped the process up immensely. From the day my credit was pulled until I was notified that we could close was two weeks and one day. I got the home loan I wanted at the interest rate that I wanted and walked away from the closing table with a decent check in my pocket and a new home to live in. The staff at Veteran's United made my experience pain free and almost anxiety free. I would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans to anyone who is considering purchasing a home.
