  We are 3-mortgage, 1-refinance, 15-yr repeat customers of Desiree. Even as the military moves us around, we continue to go back to Desiree and Caliber for the best rates, but even more so for the customer service and stress-free process. I ask 1,000 questions per transaction, and she has 1,001 answers as if I’m the only customer.   Cortnie and her team are the best! I was deployed overseas when me and my wife decided to buy a house. Cortnie made everything so much easier for us despite our busy schedules and the time difference. She also recommended our realtor, which was awesome by the way! Cortnie was always available when all of a sudden I had a question or just needed some advice, a simple text message or email was my go to since I was half way around the world. I think the whole process only took a little over a month, from placing an offer to closing. Even during this time, they managed to adapt and overcome the challenges thrown at them by this pandemic. Thank you so much for all the help!!!

  Cortnie made the whole process super smooth! I was dreading the whole process after being strung along by another company for several months. I got her my paperwork and it was smooth sailing from there. She went out of her way to change my homeowners insurance last minute to save me a decent amount of money per month. I would definitely recommend her to anyone getting a mortgage or doing a refi!!
