  Mrs. Ramos was beyond outstanding! she was more than helpful. At the beginning of this process i was so fustrated and so stressed out. It had nothing to do with her or the office but she was so understanding with that and the busy life style i have. She eased my mind through the entire process and really helped me learn the value of patience with buying a home. I would call the office a million times and she would happily answer each and every single question. And if i made a mistake on something or just in general had no clue about something she would give me great advice. Towards the end of this process it was so smooth because her and her team were super organized. I could not thank you enough for everything Mrs. Ramos and Your entire team. And to the veterans united team thank you so much Mrs. K , you were also a great help with everything. If i ever have the oppourtunity to buy or build another home i will 100 % go with veterans united!

  The application process is so very easy & short. The app is also user friendly. We were always in the know as to our loan status. Solibel Ramos, was our loan processor, there are truly no words for how fabulous this lady is! She was fantastic, Solibel stepped in for us at the last minute. She was able to get us closed on time, despite a huge set back with another lender. Solibel is extremely reliable, knowledgeable & efficient. Plenty of stress already comes along with a home purchase. Fortunately, choosing Solibel Ramos & Veterans United relieved most of that stress for us!
