  Fairway independent mortgage corporation have a lot of great friendly agents but my agent Janiece was amazing went above and beyond I’m glad to have to her for our buying process for our first home! They keep you informed all the way and try there best to do right by you they listen to your concerns and they fix them! Felt nice to be heard!   Would highly recommend Mrs Janiece Brewer! She not only worked out all the kinks in finalizing my home loan but went above and beyond to ensure me and my family got the home we wanted and was just as stubborn as we were about getting the home and not considering alternatives! She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and educating me and my family along the way! This was our first home purchase and I thought it would be hard but with Janiece she made everything hassle free and easy!

  From the first conversation with Janiece i knew she really cared about her job and clients. She answered every question i had no matter the time of day. ( she once returned a message full of questions at 3 am on a work night). She walked me through the entire process and never made me feel like i was bothering her. She took the time to understand my needs and referred me to the perfect realtor to help me find my dream home. I would absolutely tell everyone who is looking for this service to go through Janiece. I had some bumps in the road but none of these were in her control. There is not a single thing she could have done better to make my experience perfect and as stress free as first time home buying can be!

  I saw a house I was interested in and said what’s to lose? Filled out a pre approval and got it. Janice called me the same day and set me with my realtor! She made the whole process simple and fast! I work nights 7-7 and she was there to help anytime! It was easier to buy a house than a car to me! Do yourself and family a favor with rates so low give her a call and move into your dream home!
