  We refinanced our home not once but twice with Veterans Lending Group in 2021! Terra Hill, along with the whole team, made everything super easy and were able to help us get the best rate and cash back each time. Thanks to them we were able to renovate our whole house. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you to VLG for making my life easier during what would have been a stressful time.

  Worst....lenders....EVER! Signed on with them pre Covid and then got shutdown right in the middle of drafting up plans for our new home. No reason, just quit doing construction loans. Why? Because of COVID. We never had a change in our income. Never over extended ourselves, yet they canceled the loan. Ok, flash forward 18 months. I hang tight with them and resubmit. Nope, didn't like the builder because he changed his name. Seriously! That was all it took to kick this Veteran to the curb after 18 months of hanging tight with them. Most veteran unfriendly loan office to go through. Would not recommend these people to my neighbors loud mouthed dog.

  We fired Veterans Lending Group after months of delays and a myriad of other issues. Poor communication, unfilled promises, lack of expertise, no sense of any kind of urgency, the list goes on. Further, they are not a true local lender, as we were farmed out to Cross Country Mortgage (CCM) after going under contract. CCM is based in the Midwest, with our processor located in Michigan. In stark contrast to our current nationwide Veteran’s lender, CCM set the tone of negativity and disorganization while seemingly being focused on not getting us into our home. As an alleged Veteran lender, this is unacceptable. Would absolutely not recommend.

  We worked with Michael Villano and Dustin Bennight to purchase our new home and can't say enough about how AMAZING they were throughout the entire process! Being a military family, they were incredibly easy to work with to help secure our VA home loan and really knew all the in's and out's of what was needed to help the process run smoothly. We have worked with lenders in the past where it felt like another job- and a stressful one at that- but we are still in awe that it was this seamless of a process. Dustin in particular was a rock star- he was always there, no matter the time of day, to answer questions for us. If you are looking for a military-friendly lender to help with your next home purchase, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Veterans Lending Group and will be spreading the word to all of our friends!   I'm a client working with Chris Mejia right now for a VA loan. I just wanted to take the time to tell y'all just how great it's been working with Chris so far! I'm a first time home buyer, and I was a BIT skeptical when my realtor recommended Chris to me, just based on the common perception that it's usually more for their benefit than my own. Boy was I wrong! Chris has really taken the time to educate me on the whole home buying process, I've never been lost in the sauce while working with him because he'll answer my questions within 5 minutes even when I disturb him on a Saturday night with a nagging thought. I shopped around a bit with other lenders, but Chris is the reason I stayed with VLG (and the fact that they had amazing rates haha). Again, I just want to stress how great it's been working with Chris Mejia so far! I'm closing in 20 days, and I feel like I don't need to worry about a thing because Chris knocked everything out as soon as he could, and has been updating me on the progress of things as it comes. It's just smooth sailing from here! Chris is the reason I'll be recommending VLG to all my friends! Thanks so much!

  Great people to work with. Originally was planning on going with Navy Fed/USAA and shopping around for a mortgage. Got referred to Veterans Lending Group by my Realtor. Process was seamless and they got me a great rate. They called me multiple times when the rates were dropping and offered the best time to lock in a rate (lower than any other offer). Eventually won me over Navy Fed and USAA mortgages and their process. First time home buyer! Ask for Chris as your loan officer!

  From start to finish Chris M. was a pleasure to work with! We are very pleased with the service we received from him and his team. We had so many questions with this being our first home and he answered all of them. For the next house we purchase we will definitely utilize him and Veterans Lending Group again!

  (Original Post 3-Months Ago) VETERANS LENDING - Puyallup, WA Thus far, It's been a very smooth / no stress feeling dealing with Brooke Villano at this location. As a Veteran I'm confirming that "Veterans Lending Group" are making my experience almost a stress free to no pressure one ( I know it is stressful). No matter the result of my application, I'm still wanting those concerned to know that I'm very happy to have this "Lending Group" on my side. Huge shout out to their professionalism, courtesy and hard work from Brooke and her staff. The internal training's, knowledge and hard work from this team should not go unnoticed.   Just recently moved into our new home, working with Chris Mejia was very easy and the loan process was very smooth, Chris kept in touch trough out the whole process and even after the purchase he called to check in on us to see how everything was going.
