  Our loan officer was Thomas Boltz and he was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He is responsive and always lets you know what’s going on and what to expect next in the home buying process. We definitely recommend him and his team. He was able to get deadlines done quickly and went above and beyond. You’re in good hands & you can tell he has a lot of experience in the mortgage field.

  It was a great experience. I had some mixed feelings about dealing with a home mortgage company broker/loan officer, instead of Bank of America, especially since my family kept insisting for me to use my bank. But having a trustworthy friend, Geoff, provided me with the best options for a home mortgage. While talking to Ryan Dorman, he gained my trust along with his helpful assistants. They all have been a great help and have answered all of my questions to the best of their abilities. I will for sure refer my friends and/or family to Ryan and his team at Mortgage Master.

  I would not have thought it possible that a mortgage company could make buying a home painless, but Mortgage Masters, did just that! They did exactly what they said they would do. It’s a great team of people working in the Sumner office, from Angie to Katie, and others. They all work together so well, they make the process look so effortless.   Let's just say it's never easy and stressful when it comes to buying a home. My loaner officer Jon was very pleasant and always communicating with my husband and I regarding and help us with every step. If you want loan officer who's willing to answer his phone and help have a peace of mind Jon will help you. Also if you have a problem the owner of the company will call you directly to reassure you that he will get everything done ;)

  Excellent overall experience from start to finish. We had some things to clear up last year in order to refinance our house. Tom provided valuable insight and information to us in a sincere and straight forward manner. We followed his direction, returned to complete the refi, secured a great loan with the lowest rate I've ever had. This refi saved us a lot of money, and will allow us to follow our financial plans. One of the things i liked best, was no matter when I called or emailed, I recieved an immediate response. Great Job! Thank you to you and your team!
