  I’ve been to this location on several occasions with doing business for myself or just waiting for someone else and the Unprofessionalism is consistent. This place has some of the most unprofessional customer service ever. ( especially the senior lady) where are the name tags? The women here has absolutely no people skills, they intentionally take their time when handling customers. When asking them any questions it’s like you’re bothering them and their responses are very short and nonchalant..(unbelievable) The gentleman that works there is the only sigh of relief you get when trying to accomplish business without chaos and go on with your day. Who else would have a magnet for employing this many people with identical personalities and terrible attitudes. At this point I’m thinking this is a all family/friend business and nothing will change considering how long this has been going on. The women here are just way to comfortable with their behavior. I’ve read quite a few of the reviews and the majority of them are very poor. This place has been around for a lot of years and it’s taking for granted. Please improve this, this location has a lot of potential.

  I am here now and they're supposed to be open at 8 a.m. and they are not this one lady has been here since I'm 45 terrible service this is ridiculous

  Wouldnt cash stimulus check. She said it was past 7 days from date they put on it. I just got check in mail. They have some real lazy people working there. Before me it was 2 other people she said she couldnt help either. Do they even know what they doing ?? Worst service ever

  The workers are lazy and liars, she barely glance at my check before she hit me with a 7 day policy so she couldn't cash it.I got my check yesterday😑 what's the point of them being there if they are not going to do their jobs.

  Excellent customer service. Tellers are usually very kind with big smiles to greet customers who approach. 24/7 check cashing services here means there will never be a time that I wont be able to cash my checks, now that is convenient. Great place.

  Received extremely poor service. The service clerk Chanel had a really disgusting attitude. I simply wanted to exchange currency. And there is only one person trained and a sign to do this job and they were unavailable and not at work. *Go here if you want to feel disrespected and poorly served.

  If I could give these people a zero star I would !! Never ever ever pay a bill here call it on yourself they will take 3 days to send your payment!! Not to mention their fees are extremely high and staff is crazy Rude and mean!!! Run to another check cashing place even if it’s 100 miles away don’t stop here!!

  Came here yesterday to pick up some money from Western Union, was told to come back this morning because they didn't have enough cash. When I did arrive this morning, this really polite and nice woman ( sarcasm alert ) told me to get out because they couldn't do that. As a French person that did arrive only 2 weeks ago, it is already difficult to understand everything but it's not an excuse to be treated like that.

  TLDR: Dont exchange international money here!!! Go pay your 5$ parking and exchange at the Airport instead, they aren't shady and wont lie to you. Went to exchange Canadian into US dollars. They told me the exchange rate was the same as the international rate but an added 8% service charge. Okay, sounds legit so far. He tells me the amount before the 8% is deducted. 20$ less than what the international exchange rate told me online, now he deducts the 22$ from my total, which is again, 44$ total difference from what google told me what my money is worth. He gave me some bullshit excuse about how they only honor their currency buyer's rates which are set at the beginning of every week. The currency doesn't fluctuate 20$ in one week, the most that difference could be is 1-2$. Brian is a liar and a huSTLer in the heart of St. Louis. If you got extra cash he's happy to take it.
