  Worst place to have an account. Going back to neighbors. How my account not suppose to be overdraft and they let someone else overdraft it and not be approved. Then close your account and charge you to open it back up. They will never ever get another dollar from me

  Poor service. Cannot see a mortgage broker everything is online. To my knowledge there is only one and she doesn’t know much about her job. We had to bring papers in three or four times. We was approved at rocket mortgage for way more in just a few hours. I’m mad they hit my credit and strung me along with the wrong information for two or three weeks and got my hopes up. Thank goodness for rocket mortgage. Don’t waste ur time with these people.

  Do not bank here. I repeat do not bank here. There's always a reason for the drive through services to be closed and they never tell you about any got changes or special closings. I would not recommend using this bank service. You'd be better off taking your money elsewhere.

  I’ve been blessed with the services everything from short term loans to personal loans for car repairs. Very friendly service and the clerks are well educated on what to offer in times of needs. I pray you all continue to look out for the needs of the community.

  This place is the biggest JOKE! I will NEVER use them for anything ever again. I am in the market to get a new car and I already have a car loan with them and I called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes just to be told they cannot give a pay off amount over the phone and I have to go into a branch to get a simple pay off amount after I wasted my time and gave her all my information. What a WASTE OF TIME THIS CREDIT UNION HAS BEEN.

  I have been a member for over 12 years and the service there is like pulling teeth. If you don't for something, you won't get it. I asked how could I get overdraft protection. For years, people acted dumb. Finally I asked at the county location and was told what to do. The debit cards they make in the office are cheap and flimsy. You will have a problem using them at St Louis Community Credit Union. Then when you ask for a replacement, they want to charge you a fee for their cheap product.

  So pleased. I recently moved to St. louis from out of state and needed a bank that was close in proximity, had online banking, understood my financial limitations, and most importantly - had a FREE checking account. I had gone to some larger banks to attempt to set up a checking/savings account prior, but was unable to afford the fees to open and maintain an account. I am SO glad I found St. Louis Community Credit Union. Upon arrival I was set up with personal banker - Regina Brown - who went above and beyond to explain each type of account in detail with me, as well as credit card and loan information if I may need it. Not only was she very friendly and kind, but she was unfazed by my multitude of questions. Thank you! St. Louis Community Credit Union, thank you so much for making my banking transition from state to state so smooth.

  My Mom was a Saint Louis Teachers Credit. Union way back in the day. Unfortunately she left and so did i . But i am back now i have been a patron since 2012. They have been a true lifesaver. I use to be a BOA patron. I was very spoiled with some if there services. But BOA pales in comparison to STLCC service is 2nd to none. I am considering moving to NOLA and I am going to remain a STLCC patron that is how happy I am with there service.

  Me Nd my mom been waiting on our card for 1 month Nd 2 weeks now Nd she got her card but mines still haven’t came😡😡🤬

  I recently opened an account (at Chippewa) and was told that my Debit card would be sent to this (Forest Park) location. I was told I would have to call daily to see if my card had arrived... i went to this location and talked to the receptionist who said we normally don't call, but she would be glad to give me a call once it arrived since she is the one who does the mail anyway. This is the kind of personal service that made me glad I choose this credit union..
