  This is a great bank. I have been banking with them for 35 years, several checking accounts, savings, mortgage and other loans. Because it is small you can talk to the president if you need to. They will go out of their way to help. They have a service I really like and have not found at other banks, they text me and email me every time my credit card is used. More than once it alerted me to a fraudulent charge and because I got the info so fast I was able to stop it before it became a problem. Also if someone writes me a check and it bounces or if I have an overdraft they call or email so i don't find out 10 days later.

  Not my normal bank but I have a loan through them and they have never been helpful or respectful over the phone. The people I have spoken with have a terrible attitude and never seem to know what they are doing.
