Mary Goebel3Member for many years! The covid restrictions are over. Need to expand your hours sooner than later. Wait times are ridiculous. Definitely need more tellers. PLEASE review what’s happened to good customer service with the above suggestions.

We can service most of your banking needs through your Online Banking account, the Marine Mobile app or our Contact Center (800.923.7280, Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm). We also have a shared branch location with Glacier Hills Credit Union at 608 W Johnson St that's open Mon-Fri 8am-noon. We've shared this review with our branch service leadership team as well. Brandon Hanson1Unpleasant experience every single time you deal with these guys. I've been a member for over 30 years and even still today whenever I need help with anything whether it's a mortgage for my house or help with a debit card issue it always feels like you don't matter and they don't care whether the issues get fixed or not. I've since started going elsewhere for my financial needs. Shame on this credit Union.

Travis Schram1I looked at switching to this bank but with hours from 11a-5p you would think they would be offering a extended lunch not running a bank. How can you expect people do properly do banking when your open 6 hours a day and not on weekends? Your only open 30 hours a week? Your open less then most people work in a week..

N M1Went to deposit my paycheck at atm. Was greyed out for deposits. I called the bank. They said I don’t have access to remote deposits. I was like, I’m using the atm at your bank? She said, we consider that a remote deposit. I hung up. So it’s safer that I can take money out at this atm than it is for me to deposit? Your policies make no sense. I’ll be switching back to chase come Monday. Plus it’s your atm!!!!! How is this remote? Just stupid…

Jody Wegener1Opened a checking with someone on phone went to drive thru to get it and was told I couldn't have a debit cause of previous credit 5 years ago. I waited in drive thru forever to be told that. I will definitely take my banking elsewhere. I had savings with them for over 20 years. Customer service sucks

Derek Waslo1I have not had one single good experience with this place. Customer service is terrible, no one returns calls, I have been harassed and called derogatory things by one of the branch managers, and they do nothing to try to help if you happen to fall behind on things and are struggling to make payments. Every time I call I talk to someone new. I have never gotten the same person twice unless I have had their personal number which isn’t often. Twice I have refinanced a loan through them with the understanding that certain conditions would be met on their part and they have blatantly lied both times. As soon as I am able, I will be switching banks and will be done with this place forever.

Tashia Leisgang1I do not recommend this credit union. I applied for an auto loan because I was told they would work with me if I had a down payment and could prove my income. Had to play phone tag with Nathan in IA. Played phone tag with him for a week long. Had to reiterate many items from my application, like how much I would put as a down payment. Then comes bask with a denial “since I don’t have a down payment.” I never said that. I am guessing he didn’t hear me over his dog and cat fighting in the background (had to put me on hold to break fight up). Won’t be recommending this credit union.

Mary Reinke1Trying to help my Dad retired from Mercury with his account there. Impossible waits in the drive thru. Snarky guy on phone said he wasn't sure when lobby would reopen. Maybe mid or end if June. No announcement has been made yet. Not a convenient place to do business. He sounded like it wasn't in their interest to open lobby.

Aaron Baer1Trying to payoff my loan over the phone has been a nightmare, absolutely brutal...just kept getting a call center who really couldn't do anything to help me. Still trying to figure out how I can pay off my loan!
