Jonathan Dow5I recently opened both business and personal accounts at the milton branch. Dawn was very knowledgeable of all the services and account options available. Everyone was very polite and an all around joy to deal with. If you're considering banking with a credit union, look nowhere else. You won't regret it! 5/5 stars!

Barbara Wells5I mentioned I could not find my checkbook and it was immediately suggested that I close the account and open a new one. I was offered a seat to wait but I didn’t wait but a couple of minutes before I was ushered into the office. A new account was set up very quickly. I don’t think the whole thing took me more than 10 minutes, if that. They were very polite, courteous, friendly and concerned about my safety. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

abbeylou121HORRID! A customer of theirs since their inception. Now that I NEED money transferred they don't knock themselves out. Call back? Forget it. Left me hanging. And I have to PAY for this 'service' to get MY money transferred. Incredible. Not exactly J.G Wentworth. These people simply DON'T CARE!!! Sorry I stayed with them this long. They are just fine when you make a deposit....but try to get your money sent in a timely manner? Forget it!

Jessica Jones1I don’t think I’ve ever hated a bank so much in my life. When merchants switched over I tried these guys and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Between their BS excuses on things and super rude attendants, I rather pay each month to have my account elsewhere than to have to deal with these morons ever again. I closed my account and added my name to my partners but we will be closing our account completely. I gave them about 20 tries and I’m checked out. Please don’t waste your time- go elsewhere
