  Wow! What an amazing experience. This was a quick closing and Mark and his team were able to make everything happen and meet all of the aggressive deadlines outlined in our purchase and sale agreement. In fact, he was able to provide us with our commitment letter within three days of our application. Further, the title company expressed how impressed they were with Mortgage Financial in general and their efficiency in preparing all of the closing and funding documents. I highly recommend Mark and would work with him again anytime.

  Mark and team are by far the best mortgage experts I've ever worked with. When I lived in Massachusetts I we used them multiple times, and the experience was easy, seamless, and efficient. Their level of professionalism truly hit home when we moved from Massachusetts to North Carolina; we had to use a different mortgage company when purchasing our home here, and there was a lot of inefficiency and "I don't knows." Having had a basis for comparison, I can say that Mark and team are the best I've ever worked with.

  I've worked with Mark Chaffee and Mortgage Financial on several mortgage transactions over the years. Mark is extremely knowledgeable. He's been in the business for long time and it shows. He and his entire team are most professional, and almost instantly responsive to calls and emails. Mortgage Financial's documentation requirements are thorough, but I wouldn't say excessive. They maintain an easy to use web portal for uploading, e-signing, etc. I've found their rates and fee structure to be at or near the best available. I'd very much recommend giving Mark a call for your mortgage needs.

  My wife and I had refinanced our primary house in MA with plans to purchase a second home in Florida all with the same mortgage company. After a horrible refinance we decided not to use the same company for the purchase of the second home. The attorney who did the closing at the refinance recommended Mark at Mortgage Financial. I called Mark and immediately got a comfortable feeling that his company would be professional and at the same time provide an intimate relationship. We plan to close just over two weeks and everything has been as smooth as silk. Any time something needs to be done there is plenty of communication and no matter who I speak with at his office they are able to answer any questions I may have and or they are able to make decisions and get things done.
