  I can not say enough great things about our experience with Karriann Poulin at Benchmark Mortgage. The process was super easy, very efficient, and timely. The work Karriann and her team did to make this a pleasant experience was beyond our expectations. We did a refi with a cash payout and with the money we saved by refinancing we were able to basically hit refresh on our financial lives! I am so thankful my cousin and her husband spread the word about Karriann and Benchmark. I know I will continue to do the same.

  Karriann is AMAZING. She was caring, timely and efficient. She walked us through the buying and lending process and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. I would recommend her anytime to anyone, but especially veterans. We used a VA loan to purchase our home and Karriann is an expert. She knew what we needed before we did, and was able to get the everything done with time to spare. Plus, she’s such a fun person and was incredible to work with. We are going to miss her!

  We had a very unique situation in purchasing our first home and Mike came highly recommended by a few co-workers and friends that had worked with him previously. Mike was very thorough and explained everything throughout the whole process. We are now in the process of working with him again and can't wait!!

  Very difficult time working through the mortgage process with Mike Blanchard. More than once, my husband and I had to explain numbers to him and if it wasn't for our real estate agent, we would not have been able to close the loan. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone.

  Supreme Lending did an outstanding job with the sale of my house! It was done quickly and efficiently! I couldn't believe we were done in a month from start to finish! There was no confusion...we were told what was needed and the rest was done!! I highly recommend them!!

  From start to finish, Mike was amazing. Just as he was years ago. They seem to have a great team going and with so many ups and downs along the way and issues with trying to close(from the sellers end), he was always upbeat and positive. We will be looking to refinance a short ways down the road and wouldn't even think about working with anyone else!

  Would highly not recommend using this team. Very disappointing time work with Michael and supreme lending. They approved our mortgage and allowed us to close on the house and then notified us a day later that there was an issue with the way it was done and tried to strong arm us into signing a document we were uncomfortable with and basically falsified our mortgage with out giving us time for our lawyer to review it. Luckily our lawyer was able to give us a promt response and all worked out in the end but I would highly not recommend using this team to save you a giant headache.
