  Jason was great. I’ve been burned in the past by car dealerships so I now get pre qualified through VFCU to avoid it from happening again. Jason really had my back this last time, and was so prompt in calling me back if I ever had an issue. He had some great advice for me and was so thorough in breaking things down so that I could understand and knew what I was getting into. Can’t recommend him enough! Thanks Jason!

  The people at this credit union are always spot on! I have always been treated with respect and HUGE courtesy. In as many hoops as I have put these folks through they always behave is if none of it was a big deal. It is always nice to be in capable hands when under stress!

  The service at this branch in S. Burlington was great! Jason was great at helping us setting up accounts and helped us in getting better financially prepared for living in Vermont. Very happy we chose VFCU!

  Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely efficient. With the pandemic, he made everything for me incredibly smooth and easy with refinancing my personal loan, and this is the reason I have been with this branch for so long. Thank you Tom!

  Update: After the initial experience, someone from the credit union called us back was able to work with us. They have been great so far! Went to apply for a loan. They took our personal info and ran our credit, then came back and said that we didn't live in their coverage area. That would have been good to know before they ran our credit....

  Used to do all my banking with a local bank. Once I started working at a Credit Union I really saw the difference. They care about their member-owners, have virtually no fees, and great rates on deposit accounts and loans. Love their Reward Checking account and online banking! Will never switch.

  i switched over to them and could not be more happier with them.After the abuse i had with the former merchants bank teller the tellers at merchants would not treat you like human but vermont federal credit union does they work with with when you have issues vermont federal the. people there are very nice
