  I had the pleasure of working with Kristin Ouellette at Nancy Jenkins Real Estate and I definitely feel like I hit the jackpot of real estate agents. She was the perfect agent for a first time buyer, like myself. She guided me though the whole process while also making me feel empowered in my own decisions. Kristin was incredibly knowledgable and always made me feel like she was looking out for me as the buyer.   We had a great experience working with Nancy Jenkins! Siobhan Philbin helped us find our first home, and she was excellent. Constantly working with our best interest in mind. We weren't really sure what we wanted, so we saw a variety of homes - she helped us navigate the landscape and understand the market. The whole team was super responsive and always got back to us with detailed answers (and we had a LOT of questions). You also get to use the Nancy Jenkins moving truck when you move forward with them and buy a home with their help! We will definitely use them again if and when we move another time. Thanks to the whole team, but especially Siobhan!

  Siobhan Philbin is an extraordinary agent. She is smart and savvy with amazing people skills. She worked with us during this most difficult of home-buying times, never losing patience and keeping us focused on what we were looking for. Answered our hundreds of questions about every aspect of the home buying process- her knowledge is wide ranging and she was able to advise and direct us at every step. So impressed with her professionalism and calm demeanor. We knew we were in great hands and our time working with her paid off in spades when we closed on our dream house. She was our number one guide, sounding board, and cheerleader through months of trying searches and multiple offers. Literally would not have our dream house without her.   As first time home buyers we relied heavily on the expertise of Lori and the team at Nancy Jenkins. She made sure we were asking the right questions and staying on track with the various milestones of the process. Buying a house during a pandemic is tricky but Lori was very accommodating to our our overly-paranoid tendencies, to which we are forever grateful. The whole process couldn't have been easier really—they were very responsive throughout purchase, and they have a really nice moving truck you can use as icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend Lori and the Nancy Jenkins team to anyone looking to buy a home.

  Apologies for starters for the long-winded review, but it’s necessary in order to properly convey our experience with Nancy Jenkins Real Estate. First off, you’re making a mistake if you don’t choose to work with them. It’s not hyperbole, it’s the truth. At a time when buying a house couldn’t have been more difficult, Nancy Jenkins Real Estate was considerate, helpful, resourceful, efficient, effective, and above all, they just flat out cared. They cared about us not as clients, but as people. They made us feel like family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our real estate agent, Kristin Ouellette (Buyer Specialist), made herself available at all hours, even when it was inconvenient, she was there, ready to help, ready to advise, and ready to go to war for us if needed. We worked with Kristin and Nancy Jenkins Real Estate to purchase our first home. They guided us through an incredibly complicated process, with us on every step of that journey. They have an incredible network of resources that they made available to us. Because they have such a great relationship within the real estate community, we found ourselves time and time again benefitting from it. Getting opportunities to view houses and make offers we never would have been able to do without them. The attention and authenticity we received working with Kristin was first rate. When we emailed, called, or texted, she’d respond within minutes. She prioritized us and you could tell in her work ethic, optimism, and professionalism that she was sacrificing in order for us to succeed.   We bought our first home with Nancy Jenkins Real Estate and it was an excellent experience! Our realtor, Andrea Hossley, was incredibly helpful and answered every question we had each step of the way. They made the entire process so easy even with covid restrictions in place.   We highly recommend Kristin Ouellette, a consummate professional, and the team at Nancy Jenkins. We have had many property transactions over the years and this was the best. We arrived in Vermont the end of October 2020 during COVID19, having never visited before and determined to make this our forever home. Finding Ms. Ouellette was the result of a cold call after reading many reviews about realtors. She got back to us immediately and then it was an almost daily exchange of information as she familiarized herself with our needs and presented options. Our first contract revealed many problematic conditions as we did our due diligence. We terminated the contract and the sellers became belligerent. The team at Nancy Jenkins added their amazing knowledge to the problem in support of Ms. Ouellette. We were referred to additional professionals as necessary and the problem was resolved. We moved seamlessly to another purchase contract thanks to Kristin’s focus and confidence. That contract was smooth sailing and we closed on the property early.
