  Impossible to contact the Auburn branch. Not even your call center employees can contact them! I flew in from Arizona to Washington to see someone in person. Call center says I may have to wait until Monday to hear from anyone. I don't want to go into the branch without an appointment as it is another 1 to 2 hours of driving! I have already spent an entire day getting to Washington to resolve this.

  Hi Sharon, thank you for sharing your recent experience. We do have an online appointment option on our website at veritycu.com/locations-and-hours that you can make with the Auburn branch. They have several open times from now through the weekend. They also accept walk ins as well and no longer require an appointment to be made.

  Financed truck through Verity. Been trying to get them to fax my vehicles documents to the DMV so I can register my vehicle since I moved out of state. It has been over a month & every week I call to see if the documents have been faxed over, they tell me they will call me back but never do. Awful customer service. The title clerk NEVER seems to be in the office or is always ‘in a meeting’. Nobody wants to do their job. Not to mention, I’ve almost been late on multiple payments & charged for it because their online banking system seems to be messed up 90% of the time when trying to make a payment. Do not waste your time with Verity.

  Helpful/friendly staff when problems come up, I have been hacked once and the fraud department took care of it immediately. Been with them for 5 years and hardly ever had any problems!

  From a previous experience with a representative from Verity who remain unnamed, I had a great turn around. A gentleman named Eugene put forth incredible efforts to resolve my outstanding challenges. He was very patient and understanding. All of the questions I had, he took his time answering and provided me with TOP NOTCH customer service. Initially, I was frustrated but he did not feed into my emotion. He also followed up with me to make sure I was okay with the new terms of my auto loan and assured me I could reach him with any questions or concerns. Customer service like THIS is unmatched. Eugene represents this company with integrity and passion. THANK YOU!!!!!

  Amazing customer service. Everyone here is extremely nice and patient, and they take the time to make sure you understand everything that is happening. Special shout out to Ebony and Paris for being so incredible with helping me with various processes!

  I would NEVER do business with this bank. I have been sitting with a friend who is trying to get her frozen card unfrozen because we are traveling and need use of the card. After being on hold for 40 minutes we spoke with the representative who did not give us any helpful information and did not fix thelthe issue at all. We requested a supervisor and were told they would call us back but could not give us any timeframe whatsoever. Not satisfied with that answer, we called back were on hold for 30 minutes when all of a sudden the phone started ringing and said thank you and hung up on us. Now I called back to try to choose a different option and we have been on hold for another 35 minutes and we're still 20th in the queue!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

  I got a truck from a dealership and verity is loan holder. They added a additional 6000$ dollers to my loan because they said "I didn't have insurance" and I proved to them that when I took of geico I got insurance through usaa and they said it takes 24-72 hours to get back to me it's been one week. I'm very discouraged and 8ve been trying to contact them and they've given me no help what so ever time. I never had these problems with any other place.

  Nice people but I’ve come in a few times and they have 3-4 bankers not assisting other customers but there is only 1 helping with a long line while the rest of their bankers ignore the line. Would be very simple to have others jump in and help bust the line real quick instead of letting people wait forever while only one person assists.

Sometimes staff are assisting members through other channels, including email or the phone, which is why they are unable to assist members in the branch. But your perception is understandable when you're waiting in line. Your feedback will be passed to our operations management.

  Would never work with Verity again. Their billing costs changes constantly, the website is incredibly difficult to understand, they wouldn’t waive early closure fees on a HELOC when we sold our house, and they are just tough to work with.
