  They had closed all my wife’s accounts without her knowledge. Canceled our credit card thru them without our knowledge. They are keeping everything that is ours rightfully and I wouldn’t refer this credit union to anyone. Even if it was the last credit union ever. My wife had three accounts with them that they shut down without her knowledge and she had been banking with them for 30 years. If you have this credit union you should take your business else where or it could happen to you.

  I have been a big Verity fan and promoter for several years, but they have changed! The tellers are great and I enjoy going in. However, I do most of my banking online. The new app and website design is literally the worst online banking experience I have ever used. I mean literally ever! Bank of America had a better online experience 20 years ago. The new bill system is separate from Verity so there are now 2 customer service lines and they do not cooperate with each other. I am looking for a new credit union.

  Sadly I have been a member of this Bank for 35 years and its time to say goodbye. When my card was closed be because the bank changed vendors it took 5 months to get a new card despite requesting one 4 months prior. I most recently tried to call the bank asking them set up an additional checking account. I was brushed off and told because they were expecting appointments that had not yet arrived they were unable to assist. They told me to apply online. That was 2 full weeks ago. I never have received a response. If it's impossible to get service and they won't help you over the phone I see no point in staying with this Bank

  They have the friendliest customer service and they are open until 2pm on Saturdays, so that is very convenient. My favorite tellers are Nicole and Alicia at the Alderwood Branch. I highly recommend this credit union.

  I could tell from the majority of reviews that I read when my accounts were first opened that I wasn't going to have a great experience. It's been a year and now that I want to refinance my car loan I've called once was on hold forever just for them to tell me that I was going to have to be called back from someone in that department. Of course, no one called. Than I get online and talk to someone tell them what happened and they take my information and tell me someone will get ahold of my shortly.... No call. I guess I will just have to refinance my car and take my account somewhere else.

  The Alderwood Branch is awesome because of who manages the branch. Kao Saetern & Dennis Greely do an amazing job of making sure their staff serve members well. They also have guided my husband & me to all the best services & resources Verity has to offer over time & always with our best interests in mind.

  I was treated very well by Assit. Bank Manager Dennis,ask for him , respectful,polite and no man-splaing. Answered all my questions, gave me the information I needed. Took care of the business I needed done. Thank you Dennis.

  Karrin, at Verity in Lynnwood, WA was very kind and helpful when I visited today. She was knowledgeable about my banking needs and very pleasant as well. Thanks for hiring such a great employee.

  The people are really friendly and nice BUT they cant get my payments online, their online platform is awful, they haven't allowed anyone in the lobby without an appointment since March and can't seem to email the information I need and have asked for for 4months. Its a very young feel to it which leaves some of the more serious and money affecting things out,

  Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback—member feedback is how we learn and grow as an organization. We understanding making an appointment can be frustrating, but the restriction is in place so that we can properly social distance—many times the branch is able to take walk-ins if there is enough capacity in the lobby. As far as your question about email, our records indicate you spoke with a staff member at our Alderwood branch on Saturday and that he securely emailed you the sensitive information you were looking for. If you did not receive the email, please contact the branch to be connected to the staff member again and he can help you get the documentation you’re seeking.

  Very unprofessional sad to say it but I waited 2 hours to close a deal on buying a car from one of their customers , because they ask me to bring a cashiers check that they could verify founds on only to call my bank for the other agent to tell them that every. A k should know that a certified cashiers check whole purpose is to warranty founds are there ! And theire customer service really sucks and I tought Bank of America was the worst . What a loosers waste of time
