  Eddie was phenomenal throughout the entire mortgage process when I purchased my home this spring. What I most enjoyed working with him was his extremely fast responsiveness. Even if he was in between meetings or in the middle of meals, if we needed him, he made himself available and tried to help as much as he could. Not only that, his responses were diligent and helpful always to make my decisions. I really appreciated him for doing that and it made a huge difference, especially in this tough market for the buyers. I highly recommend Eddie to anyone and am certain his next client would feel the same.

  Eddie was truly unbelievable. He created such an easy and confident experience for me and my fiancé through our home buying process. Eddie was always incredibly responsive, typically responding to emails within minutes, and always willing to jump on the phone to answer our questions and help move our loan approval forward. Eddie also went above and beyond to get us a highly competitive rate. I can’t imagine going through a mortgage application without him - I can’t recommend him highly enough.

  Eddie helped my fiancé and I through the purchase of our first home. Being first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect going through this process, and we certainly had some obstacles. Eddie helped us through every obstacle and was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We have never experienced better customer service than we did working with Eddie. Whether a weekend or a late night, trying to get forms in for our loan or working on an offer, he was there to answer emails or our calls.   We shopped around for lenders early in our home buying process, and Eddie was recommended to us by our buyer's agent. Ultimately we decided to go with Eddie as his level of responsiveness and attention was far and above what we were experiencing with other lenders. In the Seattle market you have to be ready to move quickly with a home offer, often needing help from your lender on evenings or weekends and Eddie always made himself available. Also he answered every question I asked him in an hour or less. Thanks Eddie!

  I would, will, and have recommended Eddie to everyone that I know. Through out the entire mortgage process, he stayed on top of everything. He answered all my questions, not just the lender related but anything that he had knowledge of, and was very prompt in all his responses, responding even outside of normal business hours. And he made sure that we were updated on all information and progress at all time, making my home purchasing process clear and easier than cooking my frozen entrees. Also, he was always very respectful and polite on all his communication. l will defiantly work with him again if there is a chance. Again, thank you very much Eddie.

  This was the first home that we purchased and Eddie made the loan process seamless for us. He clearly explained each step of the process, offered us multiple options, and guided us through the process of making the right decision each step of the way. He was also very communicative. He proactively updated us and was very quick to respond, which was definitely not the case with some of. the other lending companies we had inquiries with. I'll be more than happy to work with Eddie again and would gladly refer others to him as well.

  Being a Realtor, I've worked with several Loan Officer's over the years. For the first time, Eddie closed a transaction with me after we met through mutual clients of ours (he helped on the lending side while I acted as the Realtor). Throughout the process his communication was solid, he always remained available, and he thought ahead. All of this makes a huge difference for a buyer's process. Although rates are important (and his is/were competitive) what's mentioned above makes a world of difference for buyers and they often times don't realize that. A lot happens behind the scenes from both Realtors and Loan Officers, if they decide to make a good effort/smooth process, and I can confidently say that he pulled his weight and did all he could. Nice job, Eddie. We do appreciate your quality of guidance and help.

  Without Eddie being as responsive and reachable at a moments notice, I am certain I wouldn't have gotten my offer accepted! Good communication and teamwork between him, my realtor, and I allowed us to secure such a good deal in a single day. From the beginning, Eddie was detailed in providing me only the necessary info that I needed to know and didn't overwhelm me in the pre-approval process. He went out of his way to make sure all the financing was in order so that we could close early. And he even took it a step further to get me pre-underwritten to make the offer stronger.   Eddie is amazing to work with! He helped me and my fiancé get a jumbo mortgage at a great rate for our first home in Seattle. From the beginning, Eddie was incredibly responsive. We exchanged dozens of emails over the course of the two months we worked together and Eddie always replied quickly and thoroughly.
