  As a beginning investor, I was confused how the real estate investment side process and if it is really like HDTV shows. Rob Apostle, took the time to sit and walk me through the loan process, talked me through the rehab process, interview multiple general contractor and their subs. Than he discussed "Target" an area. Interviewing a broker that specialized on investment properties. As I flipped my first home and current, Rob, made sure to walk me through the draw process and followed up with me weekly making sure I was in my timelines. I truly feel that Veristone staff, are supportive and service is 5 stars.

  I Started the loan process on Feb 3 and it's now March 26 and nothing. Last communication I sent was March 15 asking how much longer I should expect funding. I still haven't heard back. I found funding from another lender who will fund my project tomorrow. I chose Veristone because of all of the good reviews but I'm very disappointed. Maybe my project wasn't large enough for them to take me seriously. Update: As of June 4th, I was able to complete the remodel/flip and sold it in one day for a $90k profit. Thanks to the other lender that took me seriously.
