  I don't like to leave negative reviews, but after many negative interactions with empolyees I feel it is warranted. First off, every time I go to the bank I ask them to check the balances on two specific accounts, and to check if I have any payments coming due. It NEVER FAILS, they will check one account and ALWAYS tell me that no payments are due and I don't owe anything, even when I do. I've attempted to address this issue with managers and have gotten nowhere. If that's not bad enough, the way I am treated by their apathetic employees is just uncalled for. They're downright rude, roll their eyes, act like you're asking them to cut off their arm when you ask for a receipt... just plain awful customer service. This branch is definitely the worst when it comes to customer service.

  West ever, they so racist told us to wait to open an acct with them sating there n not doing anything waited forever, I change my mind and went to another credit union
