  Due to COVID-19 I spent a lot of time looking online before I went into the dealership. When I found a car I wanted to test drive, I called ahead and got pre approved, and made sure the car was still available. Worked with Bill Stoler. He was great. He gave me my space (much appreciated with the current pandemic) and provided his advice and knowledge when asked. He reiterated multiple times that he wanted me happy, but also gave me the facts about the two cars I was debating on. Ultimately I went with a 4Runner. It had everything I needed/wanted. Bill’s knowledge helped me decide between two different models. He was also open to slight negotiations, which I appreciated. He followed through with said negotiations efficiently. The service was excellent. I would recommend talking with Bill if you’re looking to buy a nice car without being pressured.

  We truly could not be more pleased with our recent experience at Dan Deery Toyota in Cedar Falls. My husband and I weren’t expecting to buy a new car, but our old car broke down while visiting family in town and it wasn’t worth being fixed. We went to the dealership to check out a car we had seen on the website and were greeted by Whitney right away. Whitney was an absolute pleasure to work with. She showed us the car we came in to see, as well as a couple of other cars that met our criteria. We felt like we could be honest with her about our situation and that we wouldn’t be taken advantage of or rushed into making a decision. She provided us with the car’s history and AutoCheck report without us even having to ask. We went to a couple of other dealerships in town to check out similar cars, but they were no match for the service and integrity we experienced at Dan Deery. It had been over 10 years since my husband or I had purchased a car, and Whitney and Dustin patiently and honestly answered all of our questions. When it was time to sign the paperwork and set up financing, Cassidy worked hard to get us the lowest possible interest rate and also made sure all of the warranty options were explained thoroughly to us. In the end, we left with a great car at a very, very fair price, and felt like we had the best possible car buying experience. Having grown up in Cedar Falls, I know that Dan Deery has a great reputation and we feel very fortunate to have experienced it ourselves.

  I just bought a used SUV and my experience was 5+ stars. I had been looking for a couple months and was never hassled or "bothered/pressured" to buy. I was referred by my brother to Andy Page, and I will continue to go to him for future car purchases and review anyone to him. Also great experience with Shane McCollow who was able to help w purchasing and getting my rate/price where I wanted. Thank you Dan Deery, high five!!!

  Carlos was great when it came to shopping for a car and test driving and all of that. Not pushy, and very good with our teenager who was nervous about being part of the process and test drive and all that.

  Always have good experience here. Zack at the service been just good and professional and takes care of my service needs every time. Also have a little time to browse around the lot, sales lady (Whitney)I was with was very helpful!

  I recently purchased an FJ Cruiser from Dan Deery Toyota. The sales experience went very smooth. Seven days later, my new (to me) purchase had a major engine issue. I reached out to the GM, DJ Deery, and he responded kindly within a couple hours. He stated, he would investigate & do what was right for all involved. He was true to his word. DJ resolved the engine issue with a like engine replacement. Here is what I shared with him: Please accept my sincere appreciation for the way you handled the engine issue with my FJ Cruiser. The integrity you and your dealership demonstrated is unusual in our world today. Thank you for doing what was fair and right. I highly recommend working with the three generation, family owned dealership!

  We found the best price on the car we wanted here. But we also found the least polite people. The salesman was wrong a few times on the numbers, all favoring them. We caught the mistakes and had to push to correct them. They also promised to fix a paint chip in the car then did not. When we asked they said they did not remember saying that. They were very rude to both me and my wife. We liked the price and that’s the only thing we liked. We’ve purchased at least a dozen Toyota’s over the years and this was the worst experience ever; really the only bad experience.

  My Toyota Rav 4 was totaled in the Iowa Hurricane. Daniel at Dan Deery was super helpful in the search for a new to me vehicle. I had a few options I wanted to check out and Daniel gave us the specs on all of them. He alsoaalso all the questions my husband and I had regarding details about the vehicles. Daniel was personable and honest with us. When he didn't know the answer to a question he asked somone to find the answer for is. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We left with a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid and my husband and I couldn't be happier with it! Thank you Daniel and Dan Deery!
