  I can always trust Kyle’s guidance for either myself or others. He’s smart, patient, hardworking and an out of the box thinker that is so beneficial for anyone who crosses his path. I’ve worked with Kyle on several home purchases and will continue referring him to my own clients and friends!

  Awful customer service. Got a new loan with them, they claimed I did not have insurance on my vehicle when I did. They charged me $800 for “a 3 month” lapse. Then they tell me that I am late due to their autopay system not taking out the correct amount. I didn’t change my loan payment, they did. Do not use this credit Union!!

  Our representative Andy Kettman is the best very helpful and fixes any of our problems that popup from time to time. And also the fraud department is excellent in catching fraud especially when we live out of state.

  I have done all my banking through GreenState and I have been extremely happy with the service I have received. They are always happy to help and provide quick service. When I was having trouble getting my online banking started, associate Lucas Smith was friendly and very helpful when setting up my online banking. I highly recommend banking with GreenState .

  Ryan Drey was so incredibly helpful as to what was the best solution for me and my finances when it came to consolidating. He talked me through things, explained everything in great detail and helped me make the best choices financially! He is amazing to work with when it comes to meeting your financial needs!

  Ryan at GreenState in Cedar Falls, Iowa was a tremendous help to my family. We fell on hard times with going on our third unpaid maternity leave in 4 years. Ryan was able to help us consolidate most of our small loans so that we could survive these uncertain times. Ryan says he is not done yet with helping us create a long term plan. Kudos to you Ryan and GreenState Credit Union!!

  I’ve loved banking at Cedar Falls GreenState for the last few years. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Lucas is one person specifically I enjoy helping me with any questions or concerns. He’s very knowledgeable and timely!
