  Fee for a money order...seems excessive. 3 bucks. I expect the responses to be creative with words and reasons to justify a 3 dollar fee and say...other places charge more. Well...not banking with them...bank with Veridian. Walmart...low fee... HyVee....low fee UBT for one.....no fee.....depending on age group and or account balance. Need a MO for...25 bucks and Veridian wants another 3 bucks. Need 6 MO's a month...18 bucks. Powers to be at Veridian are not going to lower their fees based on my review. Just letting readers know, other options available.

  I went to this branch to process a transaction. The tellers were very friendly, but a personal banker was needed to process the transaction. After 25 minutes with no update I had to leave. The branch should not be single threaded for a simple transaction like issuing a cashier check. Disappointed..

  Lyle Hamrick was an amazing help! I came in to make a loan payment and was wanting to open a savings/checking account. He had me in and out with all my questions answered in a more then timely manner. 20/10 thank you Lyle!!!

  Veridian is Great, I just refinanced my car loan and my credit cards last week. Alex was AWESOME. He took the time to explain everything about the process. I seriously asked him about 100 questions but he was super nice and professional with me. Extremely happy with you guys!!!

  I had a bad experience. They refuse to allow me to have online access to my account. The employees on the phone tell me to go to the branch and the branch tells me to call. I have all the account information including pin but they can't or won't let me access my money. I've been on the phone many times and they say it's all set up but it's not. Then I call back and they say I'm a criminal even though I have the account information. I thought credit unions were supposed to be different than big banks.

  they have an excellent and polite personnel, i financed my credit cards with them and they were awesome helping me understand the process of it. Alex did a great job and it was easy to work with. im very happy of being part of their clients.

  I went to their ATM this morning and got a $2.00 charge to pull out $20.00. I am a member of Navy Federal Credit Union and utilize local Credit Union ATMs when I need cash. I have never received a fee from any credit union ATM anywhere in the U.S. until now. If you are like me and need to use a Credit Union ATM, fee free, avoid Veridian.

Veridian Credit Union is part of the Privileged Status Network. It looks like Navy Federal Credit Union uses another network, which is why the surcharge occurred.   I refinanced my auto loan with Veridian and had a wonderful experience. They saved me over $180 per month on my new Chevy Silverado. I was in and out in no time. Super friendly staff.

  My experience with Veridian coming in as 1st time getting introduced to Alex and Lyle, I have never experienced such a professional team as these two gentleman accommodated me and my Fiancee to a financial aid to make our standard better in life so anyone looking for a second mortgage or financial help I highly recommend Veridian Credit Union and PS not matter when you visit Veridian YOU ARE WELCOME with coffee or beverage .

  Not recommended to go with terry williams in home mortages We applied here at veridian because its local bank by us and wanted to start up a checking and savings to go with our home mortage After getting approved and going to buy our new house we signed our papers with the real estate company just to find out 3 weeks later veridian sold our mortage to a out state bank with out telling us Now we had to close our new accounts threw veridian and open new one threw a diffrent place we never heard of Terriable way to do buisness next time they should properly notify people
