  Niki and her team are amazing to work with! Niki is very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best loan product.   We recently bought our first home with the help of Niki from Eagle Mortgage. After our first meeting with her, we knew she was who we wanted to work with for our mortgage. Niki made sure everything was in order before reaching out to us on any document or appointment. She was also incredibly accessible, and willing to answer calls or text messages night and day as well as through the weekend. Niki made sure we understood every document that we went through and answered all of our questions in detail. She was able to give comparisons on a wide range of options we had and help us make the right choice on our lender and terms.   Niki is such a warm personable individual, while also being very professional. She helped us so much with our first home-buying experience! She explained everything in great detail, and broke down the whole process for us. And she was constantly in communication with us. She was accessible at all hours, and even over the weekends. She is able to make all of those numbers very user friendly. There is no one who is more positive, encouraging and vivacious than her! We would use Niki again in a heartbeat, and we will definitely look forward to having her assistance on refinancing in the future. I can't imagine anyone better suited to meet your needs as a lender!!
