  Refinanced our mortgage with Jack in late 2020 to take advantage of the current low rates. Jack was very proactive and we were able to benefit from some of the COVID related changes such as waiving of the appraisal which saved us about $1K. The process was very smooth and without issues. Would definitely reach out to Shotbolt Mortgage for any future home financing needs and would not have any reservations about referring Jack to family and friends.

  Jack and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He always responded to me as soon as he could, even on weekends, which I greatly appreciated. The week of closing my husband and I both tested positive for covid; Jack and our realestate agent worked together to make sure that we could still get into our new house and keep everyone else safe. It was a very daunting situation but Jack helped make it as easy as possible.
