  No it is not, the mobile banking app is ridiculous your statement on the app will change. The teller we tell you on the mobile chat that they do not see what you see how can that be,it’s their banking system. The will not dispute unknown charges on your account but will charge you outrageous overdraft fees.

  I have never went into this bank and not been treated like a very very important customer to them. All of the cashiers are very well trained and very eager to be helpful. I have Had some problems with my password. I spoke with Debbie and she stopped what she was doing. immediately fixed my problem. didn't tell me what to do. she did it for me. helped me to the point where I was very comfortable with signing on and off the account since that was new to me. If you want personal service and the feel like part of their family that's the place to be !!! I hope that with the changing the only thing that changes is the name.

  I have always been treated very well at Verabank no matter which location I go in. Citizens National bought out my bank in Kilgore. They have been absolutely amazing from day one. I love the people at the Huntsville location. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. I have nothing but positive interactions with Huntsville VeraBank. I will never move my account, even if I move out of State or Country. Peace...

  I try to only make it a point to write good reviews but sometimes it's that bad. When the bank switched and my accounts were sold from B of A to this bank......the hours were so ridiculous, I had to switch banks entirely in order to be able to do any banking inside. Then I go to get a cashiers check, wait in line and they don't do cashiers checks to non account holders. The banjos are playing!! Thanks once again for costing me precious time. Sorry I tried once again to do business with this bank.

  Preface by saying the folks at the Huntsville location do their job well. I've had the worst phone support, tech support, fraud support, and general lack of services from this brand now they have been acquired. The phone support people are always so rude! WHERE IS THE QC FOR HELP DESK!!!!! The app is obviously 3rd party strung together, but no built in fraud detection, so you have to get yet ANOTHER app (which I've used with another bank, and it suuuucks) to "help monitor your card transaction) basically THIS IS NOT A CARD YOU CAN SAFELY TRAVEL WITH.

  Your debit card is completely safe, you would not be liable for any fraudulent transactions, and using our apps increases your ability to detect fraud as soon as it occurs. Our highly rated VeraBank app and the stand-alone debit card app, SecurLOCK Equip, both have functionality that would have alerted you to potential fraud. The VeraBank app would alert you for fraud on all transactions on your account, based on criteria you establish. The SecurLOCK Equip app alerts you on all debit card transactions by default. The SecurLOCK app also allows customers to disable/enable a card, to restrict card usage at in many ways.

  Amazing every time I go in. I had a problem with the atm and the bank president came out to make sure it was fixed personally. I'm a nobody patron but he made me feel like I was a president. Thank you citizens team!

  I get there at 5:30 and they won't cash my check because 30 min to close when it only takes two min to cash a check now im out of gas on the side of the road and cant even pay for a tow truck thanks alot
