Cody Bailey2A credit union I have used for years. There have always been a few quirks with this credit union, but I have hardly ever had to resolve issues until recently. Trying to call this credit union is a joke. I have never seen a bank so adamant about their mobile banking, but have terrible customer service in regards to issues relating to it.

Makaela Ash1Ever since they changed their system it has been absolutely terrible. I cannot begin to explain the amount of times I can’t use my card, and have to call a call center 4 different times to get it fixed.

amy watson5So after being on hold on the phone for a very long time I tried texting. Best idea ever. I was connected with Christa who had my login problem resolved quickly. If you are fortunate enough to get her be very very thankful. She was so polite and very tolerant of my lack of computer skills. Thanks Christa, you are the best!!!!

Donal Palencia1I have a car loan with them. I can't pay it they the app, I have set up auto pay by dosent always go through. When I call to pay by phone they transfer me about 4 times before somebody can take my payment. It should not be this hard to pay a car note

Jon Bart1I have been a customer for 25 years and the service has seriously declined in the last couple of years. I recently tried to get my balance over the phone when I couldn't get online and they refused. I explained my difficult situation and they still refused. Wait times at the drive thru are too long. Customer satisfaction is NOT a priority. I have accounts at 3 other banks in town, all are better than here. Prosperity Bank has the most helpful staff.

John Uphold1Our funds are usually deposited next day automatically from our pos provider into this bank. They are not open weekends, so the money earned from Fri,Sat,Sun will not reach until Monday which is when they are open. So, if the bank has a holiday, like memorial day recently, our funds from Fri,sat,sun, and MONDAY will be held until TUESDAY! So we went over our limit thinking our funds were in our account Monday, business as usual. Hundreds of dollars of overdraft fees from Monday? Called the bank, they were not having it, saying we were liable for those charges. Even though if our funds were deposited on Monday like usual, we would have not came close to our balance, which equals no overage charges. So over these charges they will no longer have our business. What type of service is that, they KNOW the money was waiting for them over the weekend. 2019 and this bank has not caught up to the times! I wish I remembered the ladies name, but Horrible service and handling of this situation. Since this has also happened a year ago in the past, due to a holiday again, she talked to us as if it was punishment of a child. Great management would have understood how this could happen. She knew the money used would have been there as far back as Friday, it's a joke. They took the money and did not help us out.
