Ask if they could notarize a paper and clerk asked if I had an account I said no and she said no I cannot help you , I ask why not and she rudely said because you don't have an account wow what happened to being neighborly

Having problems getting bank statements. Have not got last two. Lady said was going to cost me 80.00 dollars for the print out. Of what I should of got. Already have been charged for last 2. Never got but was charged. Take what y'all took for payment from last bank statements that never received
