  I’m a first time homeowner, so this experience has been brand new for me. I was recommended to use Mr. Gary Moore at Cross Country Equity as my mortgage broker, and I’m so happy I did. Being a former doctoral student, a graduated with a high amount of student loans, which affected my debt to income ratio. I was down because I thought that because of the student loans, I wouldn’t be able to get pre-approved for the home I truly wanted. Mr. Moore made a way for me when I thought a way wasn’t possible.
