  I filled my taxes with them in March last year they called me in may saying it was rejected so I get the necessary paperwork to filed they said ok we will mail it off fast-forward till present I been waiting come to find out they never Mailed it off so now I'm in debt behind them and I had to Mail my own taxes after I paid for them to do every body act like they didn't know sorry excuse for tax company never never again please go somewhere else believe me

  I will never use this company again. The staff was not helpful . I thought they were good from what I heard but in the end they seem like they get mad at you for asking about something owed to you.I know a lot of people probably kept calling them but they should still be professional.

  Horrible did not discuss loan did not tell me that mii refund would come afther feb.15 only told me 2 to 3 weeks which ended on feb.3 i will never file with again never unprofessional!!÷

  Rude...hung up in my face and when I talked to owner/supervisor his attitude was non-chanlant. He didn't even bother to address the issue. Taking my business somewhere else.
