  Been with VCCU for years. Very helpful and friendly staff Ventura and Riverpark locations not sure on other sites Great rates never had any problems. I do all my business with them. Online services are nice user friendly. I would highly recommend VCCU.

  it's like banking 30 years ago. systems and processes are significantly outdated and inconvenient. rates are worse than big banks. no real reason to do business with VCCU.

  I love the credit union, they are NEVER pushy to sell you stuff or have you apply for things. They are GREAT.!

  The best branch I've been to so far, even though it's further away than other locations, if I need in depth information or help, I go here every time.

  Do not use this bank Unprofessional and user friendly atms/online banking is the worst I have 3 other banks and i give those 4 stars and up Will be closing all accounts and suggesting people other banks
