  Roy and his team we’re great. We had a short escrow and he walked us through every detail in the process. At no time did we feel rushed and they were patient with us as we had to move quickly. Our questions were handled quickly and Roy always checked in to make sure we understood the process. We highly recommend Roy and his team! Seamless process and great people to work with!

  I recently purchased a condo and had an excellent experience with Dignified Home Loans. Loan officer Kim Lovetro was quick to answer all of my questions, made the entire ordeal painless, and was just very pleasant to work with throughout the process. On top of all that I got a great rate. I will definitely be looking to them for any future purchases and recommend others to do so as well.

  We just finished working with both Roy Torrance and Taran Longo in the Oxnard office. They are extremely helpful and patient. Not only are they knowledgeable in the field but they were willing to help no matter matter the time of day.   Kim Lovetro is incredible, patient and just all around good at her job. As a first time buyer there are a ton of questions I had. A lot of language I needed explained, and Kim was there for all of it. In a timely manner which for someone in the situation I am, was very important. 30 day escrow closes today, and without Kim it would without a doubt have been harder. Thank you!!
