  I am treated as if I have a million dollars. I am a Senior Citizen. No real big $$, also a new railing has been installed on the entrance steps. Very helpful to the elderly, injured or tired workers & a mother with her babies. VCCU always thinking of us. Assistant Daisy & her tellers are so polite, friendly & know everyone by first name. Like people were long ago. Home town feeling. Thank you.

  I been banking with VCCU since the mid 1980's. I've ALWAYS had a good experience in this branch. Wether it been account related or being informed of money management options without asking about that this branch especially is an exceptional division of the whole. Good job people!

  it's like banking 30 years ago. systems and processes are significantly outdated and inconvenient. rates are worse than big banks. no real reason to do business with VCCU.

  Customer for over 35 years and they still placed a 10 day hold on a deposited check! Going elsewhere.

  This is the worst bank. I've been with them for years and never thought I'd get hit with a hidden fee. I'm settling my accounts and ending my relationship with them ASAP.
