  PACR Is great and has really stepped up the quality. they are always so helpful and kind. Their phone service workers always provide more than enough help and resources as well. This was my first bank and the first place I got a loan- for no more than 3.5% apr - you can't find this kind of service just anywhere.

  10 business days to clear a certified check, no transactions post on Saturdays... their technology is stuck in the 70's. Highly recommend finding another bank. Edit for Owner: I called and they told me to kick rocks. I asked them to call the bank that issued the check to verify funds.. and they told me to kick rocks. And there's no way to "pm" you

  I went into the bank because the call center wasn't picking up. My credit card bill was overdue, we hadn't used that card in years. So we thought. Apparently SiriusXm has been paying itself automatically but the bank couldn't tell me how I had been paying the credit card bill. Perhaps the bank has been paying itself automatically. The teller couldn't tell me. She also couldn't tell me why my credit card had an overdue payment fee of $8 and some change. All she could tell me was that my card has been charged $30 quarterly for Siriusxm. At no point did the teller offer to find out, she just tried to talk me out of closing the credit card. Today I called to find out my routing number and again was put through to the call center. I couldn't hear what was happening on the other end.... Useless!

  overall banks okay, but you pretty much have to keep tabs on anything you do with them though. got a car loan with them after my lease was up. i never even received my car tags for like 3 months because they didnt submit the paperwork to the dmv. later i applied for their credit card. they didnt even tell me i was approved until i called to ask what the status was a month later.

  Extremely poor customer service...phone service sucks...I called 15 times with no response....trying to refi with this bank, but no one answers. So I'm going to another bank.

  I was hoping to use a small bank for my business but their website and technology is just too outdated. Locked out of their system and am not able to do any business because they don’t have any customer service available. A bank cannot work this way in 2017 and expect to gain customers. I’ll need to find a different bank able to cater to business in 2017.

  I was first with Pt. Mugu, then Pacific Oaks and now Premier America. It's fine, but I prefer a more local based bank. Also, as the have changed the entrance, there is not a bike rack in the front anymore, and the walk up ATM is in a not so good location.

  I tried to withdraw money from this bank before new years day using my fiances card it did not dispensed the money but was deducted from his account reported it immediately that night to the last person that night which i believe it was the manager although they were already closed she spoje to ne cause i told her it was an emergency she turned or close the drive up atm after n i told her that the machine was not properly working and was afraid someone might take the money i was trying to withdraw i was told by her to let my fiance fill out firm the next which he did its been more than two weeks now and his hard earned money is not returned in his account yet when he calledafter a week they said it was not submitted yet why? The manager told me that night when she checked the machine that it did not dispense money then why is it taking too long to solve this issue i have to withdraw 200.00 dollors from the walk up atm that same night cause i was not given cash at the drive up atms has camera also its more thsn two weeks now and the money is not in his account yet i dont think he will bank on this establidhment again the manager does not know how to deal with people im glad i dont bank there myself.Just be aware if the atm malfunctions youre screwed.
